On April 28, 2009, Ziaul Huq (33), President of the Jubodal of Tantor Unit of Sreenagar, Munshiganj was arrested from Shingpara Bazaar by the police of the Sreenagar Police Station. The victim Ziaul has alleged that at 9.00 am on April 29, 2009, he was taken to the office of a police officer where he was tortured.
