At 1.00 am on September 18, 2009, the police of the Rupsha Police Station went to the home of Orbindo Mondol Bulu (47) of the village of Doba in Rupsha, Khulna to arrest him. The family members of Bulu alleged that the police, after arresting him, had killed him by strangling and beating.
