This report, which is second of the series, is compilation of outputs of project activities and other related documents produced during the year 2004. Under this project Odhikar’s fact finding team investigated human rights abuses perpetrated by law enforcement agencies, including the abuse of specific laws, torture in remand and other forms of verbal and physical abuse, monitored four police stations (two in Dhaka city and two outside Dhaka) and arranged one regional discussion meeting on “Criminal responsibility for torture: South Asian perspective”.
